Partnerships and Events Activations Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnerships & Events Activations Manager to lead our efforts in building strategic partnerships and executing engaging events that drive brand awareness and community engagement.
In this role, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with our existing partners that align with our organizational goals. You will also plan and coordinate events from conception to execution, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees while maximizing our brand's visibility.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a deep understanding of the partnership landscape.
A background in event planning, marketing, or business development is preferred, along with a passion for creating memorable experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. What You'll Do:
Partnership Strategy & Management:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to maximize the value of our sponsored partnerships.
- Serve as external relations to optimize community engagement initiatives, maximizing benefits to our area.
- Foster and manage strong relationships with key partners to ensure mutual success and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all partner communications, ensuring a seamless flow of information and collaboration.
- Identify and execute additional sponsorship and event opportunities that align with our strategic growth plan.
Operational Coordination:
- Oversee the operational aspects of partnerships, including the fulfillment of sponsorship and community engagement agreements, ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables.
- Facilitate in-venue and digital brand activations, ensuring successful execution at events, online platforms, and through other partnership channels.
- Manage the execution of digital and in-venue brand creative, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
- Coordinate the use and distribution of partnership perks (e.g., event tickets, VIP access) to engage sales prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Sales Lead Engagement & Management:
- Leverage partnership opportunities to identify sales leads, working closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into revenue.
- Track and manage sales lead pipelines originating from partnership engagements and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular updates and performance reports on partnership activities, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to continuously refine strategies for improving partnership performance and ROI.

- 3-5 years of experience in partnership or sponsorship activation, brand management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management or a related field.
