Overview:

Spokenote is seeking a motivated and results-driven SaaS Sales Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Account Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by nurturing and closing sales opportunities while building long-term relationships with clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Outreach: Engage with potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to present the value of our software.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking activities in the CRM system (Hubspot).
  • Collaboration: Transition sales opportunities into closed deals and seamlessly handoff new customers to the customer success team.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to tailor outreach and value propositions.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our software’s features and benefits, demonstrating its value to prospective clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, ongoing outreach efforts, and pipeline status to the sales manager.

Who You Are:

  • Proven track record in carrying a quota and closing sales (experience in startup SaaS or technology sales is expected).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset. 
  • Ability to understand and articulate technology solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
