Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Marketing to join our rapidly growing technology startup. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and customer acquisition. With strategic direction from the Spokenote leadership team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that propel our company's growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand key product features, benefits, and target audience to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including website content, SEO, SEM, and online advertising campaigns.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with industry influencers, media outlets, and other key stakeholders to amplify brand visibility.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive customer engagement and retention.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing and technology industries to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Who You Are:
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within SaaS and scaling startup environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes.
