Overview:

We’re looking for a collaborative, growth-minded Director of Revenue with experience selling SaaS to help drive and support our go-to-market efforts. In this role, you’ll own a personal sales quota while also playing a key part in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success to support broader revenue goals. You’ll be hands-on in the field, actively engaging prospects, closing deals, and contributing directly to top-line growth, while working closely with senior leadership to support go-to-market strategy, execute programs, manage the sales team, and help all revenue functions perform at their best.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, leading teams, supporting cross-functional alignment, and identifying opportunities for optimization across the revenue lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

  • Carry a personal sales quota, actively engaging with prospects and contributing directly to revenue growth
  • Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets
  • Set sales team goals, provide ongoing feedback, and run regular performance reviews
  • Support the development and execution of revenue growth initiatives, with a focus on account-based selling and demand activation
  • Help coordinate and align efforts across marketing, sales, and customer success to drive pipeline and retention
  • Contribute to refining the revenue funnel and improving conversion rates at each stage
  • Track performance metrics, manage reporting tools, and help forecast sales outcomes
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market tactics
  • Work closely with sales and CS teams to improve onboarding, expansion, and retention efforts
  • Assist in evaluating and optimizing tools, systems, and processes that support revenue teams
  • Support team development and help foster a culture of accountability and performance

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years in sales or revenue leadership roles, specifically in B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven experience managing a sales team and driving performance through leadership and coaching
  • Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Familiarity with GTM planning and pipeline management (preferably in Hubspot)
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence across functions
  • Data-oriented, with experience using KPIs to inform decisions and measure success
  • Experience in a scaling or high-growth company environment expected
